The seventh chapter of Atomic Habits by James Clear is all about removing triggers for bad habits from your environment.
I’ll be honest, I have no idea how this relates to the Recurrer app. Maybe if you’ve got a bad habit in your Recurrer to-do list, go ahead and snooze it? Or, y’know, delete it entirely (why in blazes do you have bad habits in your to-do app?). Or set up a recurring task to get rid of environmental bad habit triggers?
So I think we’re just going to give this chapter a miss. I’ll be back with how Recurrer can help with Chapter Eight of Atomic Habits next time.
